About Me
My name is Reyann Hamideh. I am a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student at the University of Colorado at Denver.
As a bilingual Palestinian American Muslim, the daughter of immigrants and granddaughter of Palestinian refugees, I bring a rich cultural perspective to my work. My professional journey includes roles in higher education, substance use and recovery, youth programming, event coordination, and even part-time baking—all of which have helped me connect with people in meaningful and creative ways.
I am deeply committed to supporting underrepresented communities and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, substance use and recovery, and other mental health concerns.
I am providing Individual and Couple’s Therapy at the time. I have completed an externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy and am currently pursuing full certification as well as working towards becoming a Licensed Addictions Counselor. My therapeutic approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Polyvagal Theory—grounded in a commitment to empathy, resilience, and creating lasting change in the lives of my clients.
